Berlin Geist Literatur is a transatlantic publication, publishing from Berlin, Germany and St. Paul, Minnesota. We are an anti-fascist, anti-racist, anti-capitalist literary journal publishing fiction, nonfiction, essay, memoir, food writing and anything/everything in between. We accept submissions in both English and German.
We publish twice a year – at the beginning of the year in January and again in July. The goal of our publication is to use articles and stories, art and education, and mutual aid and direct action to help those most in need. We do this to combat the return of right wing politics and ideals on the global stage, and combat the rise of fascism in any and all forms.
